Moon level performance calculation

This simple macro computes the expected analysis threshold (applying size cut, but no theta2/hadronness cuts) for dN/dE ~ E^-2.6 spectrum with a standard trigger for observations at different moon levels and different zeniths.

It also provides hints about how non-standard the analysis will be and of its effect on sensitivity.

The effect of zenith and normalization of threshold is taken into account from MAGIC periods ST0311 MCs.
The effect of the moon is taken into account from https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S092765051730110X?via%3Dihub MAGIC moon performance paper.

You can select *dark* data, ranges of NSB w.r.t dark ones (1_2, 2_3, ...) or special *reduced* HV data for very strong moon.
